Health Program Topics: January-June, 2012

 

Two programs most months, presented by local experts. There's plenty of time for questions and to catch up with friends and staff. A nurse is available to check blood pressure. Beverages and treats are provided. These programs are free and open to the public.

March 14:Looking and Feeling Good at any Age. Speaker: Kate Nygord from Home Instead

April 11: Traditional and Non Traditional Techniques for Managing Pain. Speaker: from Hospice of the Twin Cities.

May 9:Heritage Makers--Ways to pass on life memories through stories and pictures. Speaker: Kelly Hocks

June 13:Waste Reduction in Our Daily Lives---Lets recycle or reuse. Speaker: Angie Timmons from Hennepin Co. Environmental Services
